Richard A. Onorato, CSA
| Rick is President of Willow Financial Services, LLC, a financial consulting firm that specializes in financial and retirement planning for individuals and businesses. As a consultant and broker, he has been endorsed by numerous state and local associations. In the retirement arena, Rick has a wealth of expertise in the area of Defined Benefit retirement/pension and profit-sharing plans. He has over 30 years' experience as a financial consultant and holds the designation of Certified Senior Advisory.
Rick is very active in local charitable organizations and serves on the board of the Associated Italian American Charities of Maryland, Inc.

Patrick L. Brown, MBA, CSA
| As Executive Vice President of Willow Financial Services, LLC, Patrick brings to the table more than 20 years in the insurance industry. Before partnering with Rick Onorato in 1997, Pat was Executive VP of the small-business division of USF&G. He is recognized for developing the small business division nationwide and pioneering the concept of marketing small business products through a select agency group. Both Pat and Rick completed a comprehensive course on priority senior issues, becoming Certified Senior Advisors. Pat earned both his undergraduate degree and MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. Very active in the Society of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick of Baltimore, Inc., Pat currently serves as president of the organization. He is also on the board of director of the O'Dwyer Retreat House.

Norman Dy, MD
| Dr. Norman Dy is the program director of internal medicine at Saint Agnes Hospital. His outstanding educational background includes; an undergraduate degree from Yale University, a medical degree from Stanford University, and performed his residency at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Dy focuses on senior preventive medicine and how to optimize the quality of life. According to Dr. Dy, "the interest of the patient is the only interest worth considering."
